Sell your commercial property
Considering selling a shop, office, warehouse or commercial investment? Tell us what you own and whether it is vacant, let or used by your business.
We introduce commercial property owners to potential buyers.
Freehold or leasehold?
Tell us whether you own the freehold, a leasehold unit or part of a larger building. Explain which spaces are included and who uses them.
In England, HM Land Registry records can help identify the registered tenure and title. Your solicitor can advise on rights or restrictions affecting a sale.
How we can help
We discuss the property, your reasons for selling and your preferred timing, then assess whether we can introduce potential buyers. We may ask for more information first.
Any work, fees and permission to share property details are agreed before we proceed. An enquiry does not instruct us or commit you to sell. We do not guarantee a buyer or an offer.
What to tell us
- The property’s postcode and type.
- Whether it is vacant, let or used by your business.
- What you want to sell and your preferred timing.
- Any asking price or existing valuation.
The form starts with the property, then asks for your contact details. Plans, title information, leases and an EPC may be useful later; you do not need them all to enquire.
Before putting the property on the market
An EPC is generally needed for a commercial property sale in England, although exemptions apply. See the official EPC guidance or ask an accredited assessor about your building.
If an agent is already instructed, check your agreement before appointing someone else or accepting a buyer introduction. Use your solicitor for title, lease and contract questions, and a qualified valuer for formal valuation advice.
What happens next?
After sending the form, you’ll see whether your enquiry was received. We’ll get in touch to discuss the property and whether we can help.
Let us know about any deadline. A sale’s timing depends on the buyer, funding, property checks and legal work; we cannot promise a completion date.
Common questions
Do you buy the property yourselves?

Do I need an asking price?
No. You can enquire without one. The website does not provide a formal valuation.
Where can I enquire?
We accept enquiries from commercial property owners across England. See our local selling guides for selected planning and access points.
